Planning from abroad
Around 8 to 18 months, especially for high season. That leaves time to plan calmly and find the right team.
We don't handle legal paperwork ourselves, but we work with a trusted agent who can take care of marriage registration and embassy documents for you. We'll happily introduce you.
November to February is usually cooler and drier, and the most popular. The rainy season runs roughly from May to October and varies by region, so we'll help you choose the right place for your dates, with a backup plan either way.
Yes. We help arrange hotel options, airport transfers and getting everyone between the hotel and the venue, so your guests feel looked after from the moment they land.
Of course. From a welcome dinner to a farewell brunch, many of our couples celebrate over several days, and we plan every part of it.
Of course. If you've already booked, just share the details with us. If not, we'll suggest 3 to 5 options that suit you.

We started in 2018. Since then, we've planned, coordinated and led ceremonies for more than 700 couples, from intimate elopements to multi-day celebrations.
Yes. Before we begin, we sign an agreement together. We work like close friends, but we believe trust grows from clear standards, so everything is written down for both of us.

Absolutely. Just share who you've booked, and we'll work alongside them as one team. Still looking? We're happy to suggest people we love working with, to suit your budget and style.
Yes, plans can grow with you. Big changes late in the process may add cost, and we'll always tell you before that happens.
We're happy to, though not every vendor offers discounts. We focus on finding the right fit for your budget from the start, so you get good quality at a fair price.
On the day
Belle is behind the planning of every wedding. On the day, either Belle or our assistant wedding planner leads the team, and we'll always tell you who before you sign the agreement.
Anything with a risk gets a backup plan, ready for you to choose ahead of time. If something unexpected happens on the day, we make calm, experienced decisions and bring a solution to you, or to the person you've chosen to decide for you, before we act.
Of course. Tell us about dietary needs, accessibility or anything else early on, and we'll make sure every guest is cared for, from menus to seating.
Every couple
Yes. Thai, Indian, Western and many mixed-culture weddings. We take the time to understand what each tradition means to you and your families.
Always, and with joy. Since January 2025, marriage equality is law in Thailand, so same-sex couples can legally register their marriage here. And if you're simply here to celebrate, without registering, you're just as welcome. Every love story is planned with the same care.
